The Sjusjøen The View owners' association (now Sjusjøvangen) comprises 7 buildings and a shared garage complex; apartment 5.1.H.55 is on the 1st floor of building 5, with lovely views down towards Lake Sjusjøvannet.

Sjusjøen has previously been voted Norway's best ski destination. Snow is very reliable here and the trail network is outstanding, with freshly groomed tracks at all times. And when fog lies further down the valley, the sun is often shining up here.

Sjusjøen offers an incredible range of opportunities all year round: a superb playground for training and hiking, surrounded by easily accessible forest and mountain terrain with miles of well-marked trails through both woodland and open fell. The area is also made for cycling – whether you prefer quiet mountain roads or bumpy singletrack, flat or hilly, sheltered or exposed, you will find your terrain here. You can also enjoy roller-skiing, swimming, riding, water sports, fishing, berry-picking and visits to mountain summer farms. A fantastic path has been laid around Sjusjøvannet that is also suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Directions

Follow the E6 north and turn off at Rudshøgda just before Moelv, signposted Sjusjøen. Follow county road 19 to Kvernstubrua (by the NAF driving centre), then continue on road 216 past Næroset to Mesnali, then follow Sjusjøvegen to Sjusjøen centre. Sjusjøen The View lies approx. 100 m west of the facilities in Sjusjøen centre; turn left just above KIWI, signposted Sjusjøvangen.

After approx. 100 metres up Nordvangvegen, turn left down to the garage complex. Building 5 is on the far side of the garage entrance, and apartment 55 is on the 1st floor just beyond the garage complex. From the parking space (no. 55), walk out of the garage complex and after approx. 15 m you reach the stairwell to building 5. Apartment no. 55 is on the floor below the stairwell entrance – go down to the access balcony and it is the second apartment on the left.
