A few blocks away is a convenience store open 7 days a week until 23.00, and a large playground and a lovely park area for dogs are 3 minutes away.

A café/bar licensed to show UEFA matches is a few minutes up the street, and it is a 5-minute walk to trendy, restaurant-packed Santa Catalina and the exclusive Palma Sport & Tennis Club – an oasis where you can spend the whole day.

It is a 15-minute stroll down to Palma's beautiful harbour promenade. Within 5-10 minutes you can reach a host of restaurants, cafés, bars, banks, pet shops, two co-working spaces, hairdressers, pharmacies, greengrocers, a larger Eroski supermarket, a vet, a seamstress, a dry cleaner, a good bakery, a petrol station and much more.

It is also approx. a 5-minute walk to one of Palma's largest private hospitals, Clinica Juaneda, and less than 5 minutes' drive to the motorway.

From the airport you are home within a 15-minute drive.
